Take Stock in Children is accepting applications from students in 6th-9th grades! We offer students one-on-one support through caring volunteer mentors, professional college success services, the opportunity to earn a college scholarship, and hope for success in college, career, and life. Upon high school graduation and successful completion of the Take Stock in Children program, each student will receive a 60-credit hour Florida Prepaid Foundation tuition scholarship for use at a Florida College or Technical School.
Requirements:
Meet with mentor regularly
Participate in College Readiness events
Maintain a “C” or better in all classes and a 2.0 GPA
Remain free of drugs/criminal activity
Remain in good standing with the Student Code of Conduct
